Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases, as well as our policy for order cancellations.

Order Cancellations (Change of Mind)

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind before it has been shipped or collected, we are happy to assist.

As orders require processing, administration, payment processing, and in many cases stock allocation or ordering from our suppliers, all change of mind cancellations are subject to a 20% administration and restocking fee.

• A 20% administration/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns after delivery.
• Custom orders, special orders, personalised items, and products specifically ordered at a customer's request may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged according to your selected subscription schedule unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the links included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or due to become available at a later date. Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method to process payment when the item becomes available.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled, your cancellation will be subject to our 20% administration/restocking fee, with the remaining balance refunded to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to request a return after receiving your order, please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
